Supervises and assists in all student activities. Maintains order in dorms and accurate student records. Provides individual guidance and oversees housekeeping. Maintains accountability system for each student in compliance with Department Of Labor, Policy Requirement Handbook, and Center Operating Procedures. Serves as a role model for the student in regard to behavior and character.
Supervises and assists students in housekeeping chores and maintains a clean, orderly, safe and comfortable dorm atmosphere and appearance. Identifies and initiates work request for building maintenance needs and safety concerns. Maintains an adequate record system including a running log of significant events affecting students. Makes appropriate referrals as needed. Responds promptly to illness or emotional trauma. Assists in the maintenance of a Social Training Achievement Record (STAR) for each student and promptly identifies special needs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school education; or general education degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
One year of experience working with adolescents is preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database and Word Processing software.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
None required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Must meet and maintain pre-employment and periodic background investigation and adjudication for child care.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
