BUSINESS MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGER
A business manager is a professional who is responsible for the overall management and performance of a specific business unit. The function of this occupation is to successfully achieve financial goals of the business unit and grow the company.To successfully direct a business unit, this professional should possess strong leadership and motivational skills, a strong sales background and the ability to maintain financial budgets.
Qualifications
Relevant business experience and proven track record of success.
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
Ability to champion complex ideas and strategies into meaningful and tangible results.
Provide Market and Competitive Intelligence.
Experience with process definition, analytical problem solving, statistical analysis, and continual improvement experience.
o Customer and Results Focused.
o Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a discipline related to the business unit this occupation oversees, and/or relevant work experience.
Management Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans, oversee and direct business unit staff to ensure successful operations. Work with regional supervisor and corporate personnel to ensure organizational goals are met.
Supervise, direct, motivate and effectively manage employees in their day-to-day tasks.
Budgeting, customer service, data analysis.
Focused on core deliverables such as increasing brand awareness, business development, and coordinating public relations efforts.
Use creativity to increase the NOI of the property and focus on driving new revenues
Implement and maintain business unit financial budgets, approve spending and ensure profitability for the business unit.
o Analyze and review goal attainment and develop plans to improve performance.
o Ensure staff delivers consistent, excellent service and effectively delivers the experience in accordance with industry standards.
o Resolve customer issues and requests in an efficient and timely manner.
o Implement and manage company policies and professional standards.
o Ensure that the company health, safety & environment practices are adhered to.
o Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans.
o Assist with community advertising, branding, and promotional business strategies.
o Responsible for resident relations, public relations and community outreach programs.
Salary
o Salary ranges from $40,000 to $55,000 commensurate with experience. Commission and bonus program.
