Position reports directly to the Container MFG Manager.Direct reports include Team Members within area of direct responsibility.In Container Manufacturing, the Team Coordinator has responsibility for Container Manufacturing Equipment and / or crew as assigned.
Responsibilities for the Team Coordinator include:
qInvolvement in a proactive approach to safety improvement for the entire factory - building a self-accountable team with active safety committee members
qMake sure that safe practices are followed by everyone at all times (including GMP s, hygiene, and housekeeping)
qHeavy involvement in TPM (Pillar Member, AWG/MWG Leader) - development, training, coaching and implementation
qLead and be an active participant of DMAIC teams to improve overall Factory Performance and Cost
qNCE involvement to improve existing methods to continue the journey to 0-1-100
qMeet production attainment goals and/or logistics activity goals
qConfirm quality-routine audit of quality checks performed by team members and improve current process
qManage hot issues for quick, efficient resolution
qCoaching to improve overall performance of employees
qOngoing development of standardized work methods/processes, ensure that standardized work is followed
qValidation of changes to standardized work methods/processes
qEnsure debriefs/SHO are well executed with follow up actions executed by responsible parties
qOnboarding of New Employees, Training and cross training of team members along with documents that validate training.
qCoordinate DH activities with DH Planner and maintenance team
qUse SAP system to Effectively Manage Machine rebuilds and generate/ retrieve work orders
qReport/Track daily production results & labor
qFacilitate small group activities (SHO s, DOR s,debriefs, problem-solving sessions, CI teams, etc.)
qParticipant in the Selection & Hiring process
qCommunicate, coach and train employees to continuously improve team s ability to respond to equipment failures and loss of production.Teaching people a proactive approach to minimize down time
qData reporting - responsible for completion and understanding of SPC, EIT, SAM, SAP and daily CM responsibilities - also has the ability to assist others in learning these areas
Position
Qualifications:
qProficient computer navigation skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications
qTwo to Five or more year s proven maintenance and operations experience in a manufacturing environment
qPrior experience of Blowmolding, Injection press hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred
qStrong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all employees
qReliable, motivated, dedicated and committed - the willingness to do whatever it takes attitude
qAchieved a rating of Meets Expectations or above on your most recent performance review
qNo disciplinary action (written warning or above) has taken place in the most previous 6 months
qSupport and recommendation from your Resource and/or Manager (via the job posting form)
qKnowledge of equipment, PM program and SAP system
qAbility to be self-managed, scheduling and performing work often unsupervised

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
