Nestle Professional Beverages currently has a position open for a Shop Technician in Grapevine, TX.
POSITION
Summary:
Responsible for assembly of dispensing systems equipment using Build of Materials, parts assembly requirement list, as well as written and verbal instruction. Must be a team player, yet be able to work without close supervision on project related task. Requires ability to manage inventory levels for related projects and communicate well both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret drawings and Build of Materials documents
Read and understand standard and metric measurement systems
Use common hand tools, as well as some specialized electro-mechanical tools
Communicate clearly and concisely in English both orally and in writing
Work as part of a team or able to work without close supervision
Basic Electrical Knowledge
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Build and process sub-assembly shop orders
Set correct water pressures.
Complete service ticket paperwork accurately and on time.
SUPERVISION GIVEN:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must either have or be willing to test for Refrigeration Certification
EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience with Build of Materials documents a plus.
Prior assembly, plumbing experience preferred.
Frequently required to lift up to 60lbs.
Good interpersonal skills
