Applies the assigned program's project management processes and procedures in planning, scheduling, and implementation of projects and initiatives.
Ability to multi-task and be flexible, work in a changing environment, must be able to handle demands of supporting/leading concurrent projects of various size and scope and complete high quality work.
Leads collaboration effort with cross-functional teams and/or operations teams to update existing program documentation (plans, presentation, standard operating procedures, metrics/measures, spreadsheets, etc.) From a documentation perspective, may serve as primary point of contact/liaison to customer or its contractors.
Monitors requests/proposals for efforts that are out of scope. Alerts program and project managers and contract staff of potential scope issues.
Maintains a thorough understanding of assigned product scope, processes, and customer hot buttons. Uses subject matter experts to verify information including cross-functional and/or operational dependencies and risks.
Based on availability, may serve as a resource for ad-hoc requests from the program team. Examples of ad-hoc requests include but are not limited to the creation of forms and template, reports, graphics, etc.
Serves as a liaison between the program management staff, Operations, and other functional areas (e.g. technical staff/subject matter experts) supporting the program by promoting communication and assisting in troubleshooting and process improvement/cost reduction activities.
Participates in and may facilitate meetings and conference calls with cross-functional and/or operations teams. Meetings may include the customer and its contractors.
Performs administrative activities associated with projects including scheduling and facilitating meetings, creating of the meeting documentation, forecasting efforts, status reporting, etc.
Identifies opportunities to improve current processes or implement processes/reduce costs. May lead these efforts to implementation.
Manages SharePoint site for subcontract activities, ensuring all contractual documentation and deliverables are uploaded and current
Track and manage purchase orders and license renewals for the assigned project(s).
Manage operational tasks with subcontractors (e-mail, Ancillary Services, print, Image Data Capture (IDC), etc.)
May be asked to mentor peers and less experienced leads.
Complies with program security requirements.
Adheres to ethical business standards and practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and develop business, product, or project plans is required.
Previous leadership experience is preferred. Experience in project management, understanding of customer requirements, problem solving, planning/organizing, and communication across multiple levels of the organization is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal. A writing sample may be requested during the interview process.
Handles confidential information and materials in an appropriate manner.
Must be able to multi-task and be flexible and detail oriented while understanding the broader organizational objectives and strategies.
Good PC skills with extensive experience with MS Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, SharePoint, Access (minimal).
Experience with FEBI program and department of education knowledge is preferred.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy is required.
Previous experience with Government contracts is a plus.
Overtime may be required.
Occasional travel may be required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
Minimum of three years of professional level (exempt) experience in project management support or similar positions with cross-functional teams is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
