_JOB SUMMARY_
Cleans and services patient and non-patient areas on a daily basis following established policies and procedures to maintain high standards of sanitation throughout the center. Performs minor repairs of equipment and machinery.
Must be able to operate various heavy cleaning equipment.
Must be able to adequately clean floors, ceilings, baseboards, windows inside and out.
Must be able to remove finish from floors and apply finish.
Picks up all bio and pharmaceutical containers from utility rooms.
High School Diploma / GED required
Experience PreferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
