Summary:
The TeleSolutions Senior Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the Director, TeleSolutions Implementation and CRM in planning, execution and monitoring of the project implementation methodology and for backup administration of the Service Cloud CRM. The TeleSolutions Senior Project Analyst supports all aspects of new implementations, continuous improvement initiatives and existing client expansion projects. The TeleSolutions Senior Project Analyst will also be responsible for execution of regularly scheduled business unit level and project specific reporting generated from the SC CRM.

Responsibilities:
Follow the Telesolutions defined project management standard methodology and approved tools
Support the Director, TeleSolutions Implementation and CRM in all work activities associated with new-client implementations, client-expansion projects, and new process implementations.
Support the PM or PD by helping compile the following deliverables: communication plan, resource plan, risk management plan, scope baseline, work breakdown structure, project schedule, cost management plan, quality management plan for each project assigned.
Monitor an issues log for initiated projects to document requested changes.
Collect insightful data if data collection is part of an initiated project.
Execute client regularly scheduled data import/ extract and reporting requirements.
Monitor timelines and budgetary issues for each client project as they are initiated.
Support the Director, TeleSolutions Implementation and CRM by helping create relevant project documentation such as project charters, project plans, schedules, business rules, business requirements, and work instructions.
Help the Director, TeleSolutions Implementation and CRM as a facilitator in periodic project status meetings with internal team and client.
Support project closeout and all activities e.g. Lessons Learned and tasks that need to be performed to close out a project.
Assist in the maintenance of the project-documentation repository
Work closely with Domain leads and functional managers to drive project success

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Required
BA/BS or equivalent experience; minimum of Associates degree highly preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a client services/project management/ business analyst role
One or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Preferred
Formal project management training
basic administrator training
Exposure to the PMI methodology
Required Skills:
Exposure to the project-management discipline and related tools/techniques
Ability for high level of attention to detail
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to lead client presentations; strong business acumen
Conflict resolution
Planning and organizational skills
Knowledge of information systems & logistics as it relates to client needs
Specific knowledge of client business and operations
Broad knowledge of inventive products & services
Customer service skills
Skill in troubleshooting and problem solving
Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
Strong MS Office skills; experience with MS Project and Visio
Data analysis
Ability to travel as business needs dictate
