Job Description:

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for recruiting activities in support of the Technical Operations hub for our client in North Carolina. Positions include exempt-level scientific and technical resources, first and mid-level leadership roles, and non-exempt roles in manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain.

Creates requisitions, job postings and maintains applicant flow in HRIS system (SAP and SuccessFactors).

Partners with hiring managers, Human Resources, and contingent recruiters (where approved) to screen and interview qualified candidates, schedule interviews, check references, and develop offers of employment.

Implements recruiting strategies for assigned requisitions, including diversity sourcing.

Maintains effective and productive relationships with search firms and temporary agencies.

Assists with new hire onboarding and paperwork as assigned.

Assists in other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience with staffing and recruiting is required.

Experience in pharmaceuticals is strongly desired.

Candidates must have experience with HRIS; SAP experience is a plus.

Strong communication and organization skills are required.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
