This position would be ideal for a high school graduate or newly graduate that is planning to or attending night class. Persons with some knowledge of mechanical, electronic and/or technical background but not required. J.A. King will train the candidate in-house and in the field. Strong problem solving skills are a must. Once trained, candidate will be expected to work with others and be a team player, but will be working with Sr. Technicians to learn the job. Basic computer skills are also desired and are increasingly important. Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift at least 100 lbs. Must be willing to work some overtime and weekend hours. Above all, we are seeking applicants who are performance driven and strive to be the best.
Strong mechanical, electronic and/or technical background in industrial environments
Good mechanical aptitude
Experience in maintenance of any field EXCEPT home repair
Experience in calibration or extensive use of scales and balances
Welding knowledge is a plus
Concrete knowledge is a plus
Currently have a valid driver's license (A class B CDL is preferred)
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and a Drug Test prior to employment
Physically able to life 50-100 lbs. repeatedly
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Must work well with others. Team players with a positive attitude!

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
