Job Duties:
Weighing of customer trucks, printing tickets, answering business phone calls that may include filling orders, and answering customer's questions.
Convey excellent communication and customer service skills.
Process all tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
Investigates and corrects errors made in day-to-day transactions.
Ability to adhere to company policies regarding daily cash handling procedures.
Keep all office paperwork organized and orderly, including all scale tickets.
Maintain administrative procedures and internal controls in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist immediate supervisor in various assignments within the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required, college degree a plus
Strong MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
Excellent documentation, communication, and decision making skills.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and process oriented.
Ability to operate independently and self-manage projects.
Preferred skills:
One to two years of relevant work experience.
General book keeping and accounting skills a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
