Job Skills: Mandatory

years hands on SFDC experience - some development experience preferred but not mandatory
201 Salesforce.com Certified Administrator preferred
Strong tactical day-to-day operational experience with SFDC as well as strong knowledge of best practices in CRM systems
Strong experience with data analysis and reporting within SFDC
Excellent initiative - anticipate and avoid/resolve problems: proactively assess areas for improvement and recommend solutions and follow through to implement them

Job
Responsibilities:
Support the North American sales team on SFDC related issues and act as a liaison to the MIS team
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of measuring sales performance against objectives, gap analysis and providing recommendations to executives on ways to improve sales performance
Highly visible bridge between the sales team and the rest of the organization
Responsible for delivery of enhanced technology capabilities in collaboration with our CRM development team
Leverage knowledge of CRM functions and technology to quickly become familiar with clients specific CRM systems and data flows
Design/drive new capabilities to the Global CRM Platform
Collect, refine, and prioritize CRM and reporting requirements
Use effective facilitation techniques in user design sessions including capability design, prioritization, process improvements etc.

Compensation Details:
Salary compensation is dependent upon experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
