Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for leadership of assigned branches in accordance with organization's policies and procedures. Facilitates training, sales goals, and communication with assigned branch managers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned branches, as well as their own branch.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and applicable laws. May assist assigned branches with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Conduct outside sales efforts according to market opportunity to generate new business clients, while also maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships
Implements strategies to achieve goals assigned to the region as well as their home branch as established in the Bank's overall strategic plan
Responsible forthe adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk managementand the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements; ensures that the office and all personnel adhere to the same.
Represent the bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Participate in civic and community affairs, functions, and organizations promoting a positive involved community
Necessary Skills and Attributes
NECESSARY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Excellent customer and personal service skills
Substantial knowledge of bank products and services
Prior Outside Business Calling experience
Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
Organizational skills
Results Oriented
QUALIFICATIONS
5
years of previous banking experience - Management, retail and commercial deposit gathering and consumer lending.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) required
Health and Life insurance licensing required (based on branch need)
Salary Range: -Commensurate with Experience
Business Unit: BankEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
