Overall Job Purpose
The Software Build and Deployment Team Lead will:
Work with the VP, Deployment Operations - Code to deliver on the agreed Code Management strategy.
Responsible for creating technology solutions to meet business requirements, in line with Cluster and Group IT Strategies and Architectures.
Demonstrate ownership and control of owned code assets.
Be recognized as an expert in the field of Software Configuration Management (SCM) and Development Operations (DevOps).
Work with the relevant Project personal to provide innovative solutions to meet the Change / Release / Implementation demands of the Business.
Provide day to day management and guidance to the technical subject matter experts supervised by the role.
Ensure all solutions have integrity and are compliant with regulatory standards.
Support the development of Business Services Deployment strategy and plan for the supported business area.
Provide ad-hoc consultancy as required to the business on technical matters related to Software Configuration Management and DevOps.

Key Job Accountabilities
General 25%
Maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders within O&T Application Business Services.
Proactively manage client expectations and demands while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Ensure working practices are within the Bank's policies and procedures.
Identify and manage risks in the day to day activities, and report these to senior Management in an appropriate manner.

Deployment Operations - Code Management 70%
Ensure that Code Control within own scope of responsibility operates within appropriate principles, policies and procedures.
To support in driving the development of Code Management Strategy in line with directions from VP, Deployment Operations - Code and other senior members of Business Services Deployment.
To support in driving the improvement of processes including increased use and standardization of tools and processes.
Engage in Stakeholder Management to ensure satisfaction and to gain appropriate external recognition for the efforts of the Code Management team.
Represent Business Services Deployment in a professional manger.
Escalate code integrity risks & issues and provide appropriate metrics as required.
Review and take responsibility for the quality of all code release deliverables from all stakeholders and clients.
Ensure management of any direct reports is undertaken sensitively and in accordance with HR practices.
Excellent process skills, including the ability to develop, train and audit complex processes for ensuring code integrity in different toolsets.
Specialist knowledge of technologies specific to the role.

Control (including Governance & Risk) 5%
Adhere to Policies & Standards appropriate to the role - outlined in the Code of Conduct and mandatory training.
Will also be required to ensure that all risks identified are managed as per Risk Framework procedures, ensure risk events (incidents) and control failures are investigated, reported, fixed and/or escalated to prevent reoccurrence.
In instances where role holder is an owner of a key control, they will be required to provide supporting records to demonstrate regular review and maintenance.
Basic Qualifications

years' total IT experience
3
years' experience in design, build and provisioning of end to end solutions for code management systems
2
years' experience utilizing automated software deployment tools
3
years' experience in mobilization / initiation / planning in addition to management of established services
2
years' experience in applying continuous service improvement, baseline and measurement of service, implementation of toolsets to standardize methods and centralize artefact repositories
4
years' experience in managing and leading technology resources
Preferred Qualifications
Strongly prefer experience with installation and configuration of the following (or similar) tools:
Git (SCM tool)
Stash (repository manager)
Jenkins (continuous integration tool), will settle for Maven as well
Automic and/or Nolio (application release automation - software deployment)
Ideally experience using these in a virtual (cloud) environment to do automation of software deployment or automation of software builds
o Experience working in a cloud environment with a commercial solution such as Rackspace or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is preferred over proprietary (internally built) cloud environment

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS - OpenStack) - preferred
Significant Agile experience (preferably SCRUM environment) - preferred

years' experience in delivering change into ITIL based organizations with experience of full service operations lifecycle preferably using PRINCE or other industry practice.
COBIT, or similar process framework certification or formal training
Previous experience of transforming code management delivery
Bachelor's degree in an information technology field
ITIL certification(s)
Previous experience in organizational transformation
Thought leadership and technology innovation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence organization direction and outcomes

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
