This role is chargeable for maintaining the day-to-day operations of a site. The Assistant Manager will provide assistance to the Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, maintaining cleanliness standards and customer service as needed. Responsible for assisting with direction of the maintenance workers in absence of the Store Manager. It is the task of the Assistant Manager to monitor security system; execute lock checks on a daily basis and execute minor maintenance and custodial duties; clean vacated units on a timely basis. This position will perform other functions as assigned; work with minimum direct supervision; operate effectively on a team. Also she/he will consult the Policy and Procedures manual on a regular basis for answers, clarifications and consistency and effectively supervise maintenance workers to assist with successful running of the facility and accomplishment of duties in the Store Manager's absence.
