SUMMARY
Acts as the primary liaison between the IT department and the user departments. Responsible for the analysis of system application requests and supporting the development of proposed solutions. Works directly with users and IT teams to prepare System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents.

JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes users' requests for system development projects.
Prepares System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents including deliverables checklist, business requirements, detailed design specifications, QA & UAT test plans and post-implementation reviews.
Prepares cost and time estimates for development projects, working with development managers and teams.
Acts to support the project team, as needed, tracking tasks and reporting progress.
Evaluates systems tests for compliance with functional and business specifications.
Assists users with the execution of UAT plans.
Encourages group members and others to work in a team-oriented manner.
Performs all functions as assigned by management.
Enhance employee's knowledge and understanding of job responsibilities through continuous communication and on the job training. Training should focus on establishing high quality / accuracy of work.
Provide high-quality work by ensuring accuracy and seeking to continuously improve our processes and platforms by embracing new and better ways of doing things.

COMPLIANCE

General Compliance Responsibilities
Monitors the business activities and/or operations of the Bank for activities that are suspicious or potentially suspicious, and utilizing the Reportable Events Form found in the Bank's Public Folders, promptly reports such activities to the Regulatory Compliance Department and to Human Resources.
Each employee of the Bank shall be required to (a) attend all seminars that are conducted in connection with the Bank's ongoing compliance-related training program, including all seminars relating to Bank Secrecy Act/ Anti-Money Laundering requirements and the Office of Foreign Assets Controlregulations and (b) take and pass all tests that are administered in connection with the training program

RISK MANAGEMENT

General Risk Management
Responsibilities: Has good knowledge of applicable risk management practices required to create a culture of risk management compliance for his or her group or department. Identifies, assesses, and monitors applicable risks based on the Bank's risk management policies and procedures. Reviews work of subordinates for risk management purposes, if applicable.
Exhibits best practice risk management skills through effective internal risk controls, risk monitoring, risk assessment and improvement of risk management processes.
Specific type of risks applicable to the job function such as credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, legal/compliance risk, reputational risk and information security risk shall be discussed with the manager and senior manager of the area.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
4 or more years' experience as business/systems analyst
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Good working knowledge of Global Custody, including international banking, securities processing, SWIFT, multi-currency accounting, securities lending, corporate action processing, financial information services, and investment managements and trading systems
Knowledge of client/server and Web-based technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft Project
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server a plus
Knowledge of Sungard's GlobalPlus and WorldLend systems a plus
Fluency in Japanese helpfulEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
