Job Summary
This individual will provide technical support - troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance for company products. Provides part information and reccomendations for replacement of spare and consumable parts. Promotes, sells and supports service related products. All support is provided to customers via telephone, email and on-site service.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical assistance about 50% of the time.
-Provide installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of company products about 25% of the time.
-Promote, sell and provide support service to related products about 25% of the time.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities Needed:
-Must have a good technical troubleshooting skills both electrical and mechanical.
-Ability to read and comprehend schematics and complex technical documentation.
-Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
-Ability to climb stairs and and lift up to 50 pounds.
Equipment Knowledge Needed:
-Good knowledge of basic hand tools, voltmeters and flow meters.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Non-Essential Job Duties:
-Maintain parts inventory
-Complete Service Reports and travel expenses
-Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: Education Requirement
-Minimum of Associate Degree in chemistry, electronics or related field.
-Familiarity with Lab environements.
-Prior technical support/service experience on analytical instruments, specifically ICP or AA products.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
