We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team at our World Headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.
This position is accountable to procure Indirect Services which may include IT, Marketing, Communications, Facilities Management, HR and R&D within company corporate policies and procedures at the best possible terms for price, quality, service and delivery. This includes negotiating contracts, delivering savings targets, developing new suppliers, building and maintaining internal and external relationships, and leading cross functional teams.
Principal Accountabilities:
(All other duties as assigned)
Manage $80 million in Corporate Services spend by:
Researching and understanding global and regional market trends
Developing and implementing appropriate sourcing strategies
Developing and executing request for quotations
Negotiating contracts to meet business requirements and ensuring compliance with legal standards
Managing supplier performance in order to meet all quality and delivery requirements
Deliver savings targets in terms of EBIT (i.e., year over year cost reduction) and cash (i.e., payment terms and inventories).
Participate in cross functional teams to leverage buying power and best practices.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Scope and Impact:
Manage $80 million in Corporate Services spend.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or related-area. MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 - 10 years procurement experience.
Excellent negotiations skills and contract management skills.
Purchasing certification, e.g. CPM or CPSM, preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong skills in financial management and analysis.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the Manager Corporate Procurement.
Other direct reports to the Manager Corporate Procurement: one (1) Procurement Specialist and (1) analyst.
Travel Requirements:
Travel required: 10% - 15%.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
