Job Description
Responsible for registering patients in multiple service lines all necessary demographic, financial, and clinical information from the patient or representative.
Entry Rate: $11.70
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Shift Details: Friday, Saturday 7:00pm to 7:30am
Department: Riverton Hospital
Minimum Requirements
One year customer service experience within the last five years
One year negotiation or collection experience within the last three years
Experience working effectively in time sensitive situations, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and able to make prompt, responsible decisions
Experience in keyboarding and computer skills
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Hearing / Listening, Manual Dexterity, Seeing, Speaking
Preferred Qualifications
Bi-lingual Spanish speaking
Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
One year data entry or clerical experience in a medical office setting within the last three years.
