Great opportunity for a Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager out of the Big 4 or Medium Size CPA firm to rotate into industry. The candidate for this role will be mentored into taking over the VP of Tax role for this National Manufacturing organization.
It is a robust and challenging tax role which will include:
Preparation and review of complex US corporate income tax provisions and review of substantial US corporate federal and state income tax returns for several consolidated groups of companies
Perform tax research and analysis on numerous diverse tax issues (e.g. IRC analysis, mergers & acquisitions, state income tax issues, sales tax, international corporate tax, manufacturing accounting methods, real estate partnership issues, etc.)
Tax-planning projects and other tax-related initiatives in a company environment characterized by substantial growth (particularly international expansion) and complex organizational structures
Interact with federal and/or state tax authorities (and independent financial statement auditors) performing audits, responding to information requests and working through issues raised as necessary.
Staying up-to-date on tax laws and other tax developments impacting the company.
Overseeing several other tax professionals in the corporate tax department.


Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification
5
years within public accounting with manufacturing industry experience
Managerial experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
