On behalf of our client, Procom Services is looking for a Machinery Maintenance Tech for a contract to hire opportunity in Richardson, TX.
Maintenance Tech Job Details
The individual will perform a wide variety of support services, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of production equipment, construction of work cell benches, tables, etc. Employee should demonstrate strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting capabilities and be able to restore equipment to service. Employee will also be able to interpret drawings to make fixtures and jigs for use in the manufacturing process. Employee will spend approximately 1 to 2 months on first shift M-F (7:15 AM - 4PM) learning equipment, maintenance procedures and demonstrating ability. Full time assignment is on 2nd shift M-F (4PM - 12:30AM).
Maintenance Tech Mandatory Skills
We are looking for someone up for a challenge and willing to be flexible in learning different roles on the manufacturing floor. Someone with a military background would be ideal.
o Associate's degree is preferred but not required
o Minimum of 5 years' experience on maintenance of machinery, preferably in electronics manufacturing (experience with Fuji equipment a plus)
o Candidate shall have ability to work with production environment and with support groups as needed
66% standing and 34% seated position.
Some lifting requirements, say up to 50 lbs.

Estimated 6 months, but this is a contract to hire position and could convert to perm sooner. They are looking for a full time employee. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
