General
Responsibilities:
The Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the increase in consumption both in-store as well as on-line in order to increase Evenflo market share. General responsibilities include day-to-day consumption analysis, marketing program management, help lead agency kick off and alignment meetings, coordinate copy alignment, build simple mathematical models to analyze ROI and deduce recommendations for potential course correction. Act as an owner of the Evenflo business, put company/team interests ahead of one's own interest. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Activation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute consumer and brand marketing programs with excellence in order to grow revenue, increase ROI and grow market share
Develop concepts and facilitate consumer research for the marketing activation team
Analyze consumption trends of Evenflo products vs. competition and recommend course corrections if necessary
Build relatively simple mathematical models to analyze ROI based on inputs from cross functional partners
Write copy and coordinate copy alignment across brand, product, activation and legal teams
Lead all social media activities and calendar planning including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest
Support the Evenflo Marketing Director in the management of agency partners. Facilitate the Creative Review Process and other Agency-Client meetings
Help develop presentations for key account planning, strategy planning and why-why analysis
Lead the brief development, execution and follow up of photo shoots, videos and other creative assets
Assist in the development of the initiative master plan and coordinate all coupon activities
Support sales programs and key account planning and joint business planning activities


Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Statistics, 8-12 years professional work experience, include
3-5 years of brand marketing experience in a consumer packaged goods company (client side experience)
3-4 years of consulting experience
2-3 years of entrepreneurial, start-up or other experience

Required Technical Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Copy writing experience and expertise
Brand marketing experience and expertise
Formal presentation Skills
Strong analytical abilities and past experiences in managing budgets in a corporate environment
Ability to organize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects.
Ability to work well in a team environment, cross functionally, and with legal
High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Prior experience in developing simple mathematical models and ROI analysis

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
