We have an immediate opening for a dynamic 2nd shift production supervisor/manager responsible for planning & assigning work, implementing policies, and ensuring that team members operate in a safe manner to achieve our customer-focused plant manufacturing goals. IntraPac offers a new and clean manufacturing facility, outstanding leadership team, and excellent benefits and working environment. The Production Supervisor position specifications are:
Manage 2nd shift production team members in the manufacturing and assembly areas.
Plan, assign and monitor workflow, including scheduling work assignments, rotations, vacation, breaks, overtime assignments, replacements.
Monitor team member safely; address potential hazards that may result in injury; perform accident investigations in a timely manner when necessary.
Coordinate production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve production goals in all work areas.
Manage shift team member hiring, training; review and approve timekeeping records, communicate performance standards, and complete timely and objective performance measurements.
Safeguard production and assembly operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Actively coordinate with 1st and 3rd shift supervisors in continuous improvement opportunities for area to positively contribute in attaining corporate production goals.
Prepare timely analysis of shift activities as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate and team member information.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Possess a 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Must possess demonstrable ability to lead and motivate people and achieve results through others.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze data independently.
Must have excellent attention to detail, able to plan, organization and prioritize work activities and use time efficiently.
Must possess deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, machinery, and a good mechanical aptitude.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally manage conflict.
Must be seen as a leader by all employees, and other plant leadership.
Must be proficient at computer applications used by IntraPac, including Microsoft Outlook and basic Internet usage required.
Must have prior manufacturing and ERP experience or experience in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal skills required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
