The Manager, Colleague Assignment and Scheduling (MAAS) ensures that labor resources are appropriately allocated, managed and utilized. This is important not only in the face of the current regulatory environment, but, in our ability to recruit and retain the best colleagues. Facilitating a positive work-life balance of our colleagues can be achieved through proper scheduling and proper scheduling practices.
The MAAS will be directly responsible for Integrace Copper Ridges automated staff-scheduling technology in the community and will schedule all colleagues in the assigned area. This includes full use of Integrace Copper Ridge's staff-scheduling software solution. A significant requirement of the position requires the MAAS to create labor reports and conduct daily, weekly and monthly in-depth labor analytics and then provide best practice operational recommendations.
They are also responsible for:
Communicating clearly with colleagues about scheduling practices and policies
Providing as much advance notice as possible to colleagues when schedules change
Ensuring scheduling best practices are a routine part of manager education
Adopting consistent scheduling practices and policies within the community
Applying the scheduling technology consistently throughout the community
Conducting education for all employees, highlighting the benefits and proper use of the technology
Identifying the limitations of the technology and need for human intervention.
These highly skilled functions by the MAAS allow Integrace Copper Ridge to experience improvements in operational efficiency, have increased confidence of compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, have greater visibility into labor resource allocation in light of variable workloads and cause greater colleague satisfaction and retention through schedules that meet their (and Integrace Copper Ridges) needs.
This position will report to the Administrator with a dotted-line report to the Human Resources Business Partner.
Desired Skills & Experience
1-4 years of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment
Some experience with scheduling software
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar field is required
Ability to communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully
Good written and oral communication skills, confidence to act independently when required, and an innovative outlook on the position.
This is a new position for the community, so a willingness to make mistakes, learn from them and move on to the next idea is a must.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
