Conducting education for all employees, highlighting the benefits and proper use of the technology
Identifying the limitations of the technology and need for human intervention.
These highly skilled functions by the MAAS allow Integrace Copper Ridge to experience improvements in operational efficiency, have increased confidence of compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, have greater visibility into labor resource allocation in light of variable workloads and cause greater colleague satisfaction and retention through schedules that meet their (and Integrace Copper Ridges) needs.
This position will report to the Administrator with a dotted-line report to the Human Resources Business Partner.
