Job Description:
The successful candidate needs to be an energetic, dependable and self-motivated person, who can work in a busy quarry atmosphere. Duties will include repairing and maintaining stationary machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems, shakers, gearboxes, etc.Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus. At times there will be physical labor such as shoveling and using a water hose.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required
5 plus years of welding, cutting and fabrication skills required
Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mobile and plant equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work overtime, and weekends as needed
Mechanically inclined on a wide variety of hand tools, and power tools
