The incumbent of this position serves as Equal Employment Specialist providing centralized support within the HRO to command leadership and the workforce.
Salary will be increased by the applicable cost-of-living allowance (COLA), which is subject to change without notice.

Evaluating management practices to identify actions that tend to cause allegations of discrimination and recommending corrective action.
Ensuring complaints are processed in accordance with regulatory procedures.
Analyzing workforce profiles to identify problems areas and recommending specific remedial initiatives and overall program goals.
