Key Role:
Affect change in the Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) market, applying knowledge of continuous process improvement in support of business and operational processes which will shape the future of C4ISR sustainment. Provide analytical support, process mapping management support, and Excel and Minitab expertise to various clients in the Army C4ISR market. Focus on process improvement projects within the client and assist with project planning activities. Maintain responsibility for process improvement projects under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt, working with a diverse group of professionals and supporting various organization improvement initiatives within PM. Work in concert with government employees to gather, store, and analyze data and subsequently present their findings to government officials. Gain valuable insight into government organizations and assist team leadership in devising strategies to increase operational efficiency. Develop expertise in Lean Six Sigma, theory of constraints, or business process reorganizing, shaping a progressive government organization and subsequently increase the efficiency by which they support the Warfighter.
Basic
Qualifications:
-2 years of experience in a professional work environment
-1 years of experience with process documentation or process improvement -Experience with data analysis and process mapping, including in a collegiate or employment environment
-Experience with Excel and Minitab
-Experience with the DMAIC processes and Lean Six Sigma principles in achieving organizational efficiency
-Ability to develop high quality spreadsheets, papers, presentations, and various data products in support of C4ISR sustainment strategy
-Ability to analyze organizational workflow, deconstruct it into processes and sub-processes, and leverage process mapping software, including Visio or iGrafx to visualize processes for government clients
-Ability to gather information and synthesize into presentable deliverable for the client
-Secret clearance

-Experience in working with military organizations as a veteran, contractor, or government civilian
-Experience with working on Lean Six Sigma projects
-Knowledge of the Army C4ISR community, its organizations, and their missions
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in Statistics
