Job Description:
_Job Objectives:_ Responsible for managing day-to-day relationship with one or more health plan clients. Primary duties include issues resolution, ensuring contract compliance (operational reporting, auditing, site visits, satisfaction surveys, etc.) and accurately processing and maintaining documents, correspondence, and project plans in support of new and existing clients.
_Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):_
1. Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful contract implementation
2. Act as primary point person for overall communication with assigned health plans, including routine communication, special presentations, and issues resolution
3. Act as liaison between CareCore National and assigned health plans for day-to-day operations and other contractually related activities
4. Coordinate health plan site visits and audits
5. Produce and present regular and ad hoc reports to meet contractual requirements and health plan requests
6. Coordinate implementation strategies for Contract initiatives.
7. Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement related to contract programs and initiatives.
8. Ability to take on more responsibility with complex accounts.
9. Other tasks are assigned.

_Minimum Requirements:_ 1. 4-year degree strongly preferred.
2. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, and Access)
3. Project management expertise, strong communication skills
4. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of managed health care preferred
