Fremont Area Medical Center has an excellent FT opportunity for a MDS Coordinator in our Long Term Care Facility, Merrick Manor. The Coordinator will be responsible for overall resident care and fiscal management of the nursing department while remaining proactive in the implementation of facility practices to ensure regulatory compliance .
Candidate will havegraduated from an accredited diploma School of Nursing/College and be a licensed RN in for the State of Nebraska. Prefer 5 yrs MDS Coordinator and Long Term Care Experience. .
