STG International is currently accepting resumes forRetirement Benefits Specialist for the United States Marshals Service in Arlington, VA.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing guidance and consultation to agency managers, employees, former employees, annuitants, survivors, and eligible family members regarding retirement, insurance, and health benefits.

Required Skills
Candidate must have knowledge of and skill in:
Applying and processing basic laws, regulations, policies, and precedents of Federal employee retirement, group life insurance, health benefits, and Thrift Savings Plan programs sufficient to:
Counsel management, employees, and beneficiaries on program coverage, options, variances in coverage, and advantages and disadvantages of benefits.
Resolve problems in the administration of the program.
Interpret and explain to employees the relationship of the Federal retirement and insurance programs to other retirement and insurance programs (Social Security, military provisions, worker s compensation, and private insurance companies).
Determine the appropriate treatment of matters as they apply to moderately complex retirement and insurance benefits issues relating to the validity of marriage, divorce, and descent and distribution of property.
Interpret, apply, and explain retirement and insurance laws and regulations to employees.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
