The Trade Show Manager is the point person behind the scenes who keeps track of all the moving parts, from overseeing booth construction and product displays to making sure sales staff has all necessary marketing collateral in hand and in working order on time.
You are a mental MacGyver who always has a Plan B (or Plan C) ready in case life happens. For you a
to do list is no mere planning tool, it's how your brain operates. No one sees or quite understands how you do your magic, but its evidence is everywhere.
On any given day you might execute a trade show in Las Vegas, discuss audio visual logistics with a vendor for a sales meeting in Germany, get a jump on ordering services for a show in Orlando, or select the menu for a VIP hospitality event in Chicago.
You will regularly meet with global marketing directors across the company to plan and execute how a particular product will be launched and showcased. You will also gather data and prepare post-show reports for each event you orchestrate.
You will report to the Worldwide Events Manager.

What you will do:
Be the point of contact for assigned trade shows, staying within a defined budget, and managing onsite execution to ensure event success
Coordinate all elements of trade show and event management, including show research, site planning, analysis of opportunities, expense management, ROI analysis and reporting, booking of booth space, ordering exhibition services, overseeing logistics (on and offsite), and product shipping coordination
Support the design and planning of other assigned events, which may include sales meetings, trade show hospitality events, user conferences, product trainings, product launches, and press events
Work with executives, marketing directors and internal team to ensure that the goals and objectives for each assigned trade show or event are met.

Job Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
5
years' experience in Trade Show and Event Management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or similar field of study
Strong knowledge and experience with all Microsoft Office products
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work with executives across diverse groups and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and incredibly well executed trade shows and events
Clean driving record
Other Qualification:
CTSM Certification preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
