years experience in liquid silicone rubber molding to oversee design and development of manufacturing processes for new products.
Shall:
Lead cross function teams from product concept through process design; tooling and equipment specification; quotations; prototyping; validation and transfer to manufacturing.
Support product and mold design.
Oversee the development of material requirements.
Source, select and audit material suppliers.
Interface with sales, engineering teams and customers on product design; tooling selection design and development; production methods and processes; quality assurance and control.
Calculate project cost for quoting.
Support manufacturing in debugging.
