Job Description:
The Solutions Analyst role is a combination of the traditional Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst roles. Works as a liaison among clinical and business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, and communicate business requirements and processes. Works as part of the project team to identify and define the best solutions to business problems. Validates that solutions meet business requirements, system goals and fulfills end-user requirements. Identifies and communicates existing and potential issues.
JOB DUTIES:
1) Collaborates with business stakeholders and the Development team to understand the business needs, problems and opportunities.
2) Facilitates and manages requirements solicitation from stakeholders and users through interviews, observation, and other elicitation techniques defined in the IIBA BABOK .
3) Documents business processes and workflows (both current and future) as visual models, using standardized notations when needed.
4) Develops documents and manages user stories, rules, requirements and other artifacts in appropriate requirements management tools.
5) Performs gap analysis between business objectives, user requirements and current state.
6) Designs and documents test plans and cases that will validate the solution perform according to defined rules and requirements.
7) Execute documented test cases including performance tests, integration tests, and regression tests.
8) Document detailed test results and effectively communicate to the team information about
defects and issues found during testing. Work closely with Information Systems staff to identify and diagnose problems, problem patterns, and solutions.
9) Work with the team to validate solutions against the business objectives and defined success metrics.
10) Assist in coordination and management of projects.
11) Provide product line knowledge through understanding of applicable business systems. Software includes purchased vendor software and/or software developed by Information Systems staff.
12) Actively participate in evolving the Solution Analyst practice by proactively seeking and sharing information about relevant aspects of business analysis and quality assurance. Remain aligned with the practice by following department and practice standards and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS &
Experience:
Education: (Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic Information Services) a) Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
Preferred
Experience:
a) Experience in business analysis, technical quality assurance and testing, and/or project management
b) Experience in an agile software development environment (e.g. Scrum, XP, and/or Lean)
c) Experience in a heath care setting
d) Experience in Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
e) Knowledge of the IIBA BABOK : Guide and Agile Extension to the BABOK : Guide
f) Modeling UML Use Case and Activity Diagrams
Certification: a) Prefer Certification of Competency in Business Analysis(TM): (CCBA : ) or equivalent

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
