Senior Account Executive - Metrowest Integrated Agency

Our client, located west of Boston, is truly an integrated agency. Their clients span a wide range of industries. Most are in the B2B space - and they are working with some of the top brands in financial services, technology, healthcare and manufacturing. Clients are local, regional, national and global. They do it all - from branding to marketing to PR and social, the work is digital and traditional.
The agency is growing - new clients, existing clients expanding their scopes of work - and we are looking for an experienced agency Account Manager to join their account services team. This person will own a portfolio of accounts and be the go-to-person for client deliverables, working collaboratively with internal departments and folks on the clients' teams to develop strategies and oversee their flawless implementation.
In this role, projects will include developing and managing a range of digital projects, including PPC campaigns, social media programs, web development projects, and a range of online lead gen programs - plus much more! Key aspects of the job include
Owning the client relationship
Being the internal point person for all activities relating to your clients' work
Developing new marketing strategies for your clients, getting buy in, determining metrics and planning how programs will be optimally implemented
Constantly project managing to ensure programs are on time and on budget
Presenting key findings and recommendations
Ideal profile
Four or more years of integrated agency experience in a client-facing role
Mix of digital (!!) and traditional marketing channel experience; digital media experience should include PPC, social media and email
Superb project management skills
Solid grasp of how long digital and traditional marketing projects take from concept to implementation as well as how much they cost
Proven track record of building solid relationships up and down as well as with peers, internally, with clients and with other agencies/vendors
Amazing communicator

Bachelor's degree
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
