Our client a leading global company is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to be part of their Center of Expertise (CoE) group to work as Supply Chain Planning Lead. The position is located near Research Triangle area in North Carolina.
The FIS I/T Center of Expertise is a high impact, global team of ERP and knowledge experts, dedicated to the Food Ingredients Platform. The FIS CoE is focused on strategy, business readiness, BU deployment support, best practice and knowledge sharing. This role will continue to work with our FIS BUs to identify continuous improvement and assist the BUs in capturing value from their ERP solution once deployed.

The Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Lead within the FIS Process and Solutions CoE is responsible to assist the FIS BUs in North America with activities related to the preparation, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of our ERP solutions. While there will be a specific emphasis on the SAP ERP, this role could also be asked to provide SCP process expertise to BUs who have not yet deployed SAP.

This position will collaborate with the BUs, Tartan, Enterprise Process Managers, and Shared Services. The role remains a part of the FIS IT Process and Solutions CoE and will collaborate across BUs, Functions, and geographies to share and implement best practices across the supply chain planning space.

40% - BUSINESS PARTNERING, AND RELATIONSHIP & SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Partner with FIS BU's to assist with Business Readiness Deployment and Stabilization of SAP Solution. Guide and coach BU on end state resource and organization alignment. Work closely with the Enterprise Process Manager throughout Business Readiness for Supply Chain processes and solution.
Provide Supply Chain expertise to the BU's Process Implementation Leads throughout the deployment process and help identify Supply Chain staffing needs. Provide best practice and knowledge to the FIS BU's post deployment through stabilization to help identify areas of focus to ensure BU is able to fully stabilize.
50% - PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION, SUPPORT
Partner with FIS BU's to provide leadership and change management on the Supply Chain Solution. Provide content leadership in Supply Chain area and serve as liaison with the BU/Function and the broader Global I/T and Shared Service functions. Ensure consistency of solution and approach to implement across multiple BU's and geographies within FIS.
Partner with FIS BU's to provide best practice and knowledge sharing to lead BU through Continuous Improvement on the SAP Solution and Processes. Work with BU to identify and execute CI activities to achieve our end state goals and value from our investment in ERP. Partner with EPM and Global I/T to prioritize WIDM's as part of overall CI efforts across the FIS BU's and other platforms.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

years of relevant business experience
Established and respected as a thought leader in Supply Chain Planning process area
Knowledge of the Tartan Solution
Experience in business process analysis and design
Demonstrated experience in leading teams through change
Ability to travel up to 30%, including international
Skills:
Experience with SAP/APO - Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Deployment
Demonstrated strong leadership skills in the area of strategic planning and decision making, navigating ambiguity, and building trusting relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to utilize Project Management tools and practices in a daily setting

Preferred:
Formal training in supply chain or procurement
APICS or ISM Certification
Prior experience working in a Business Unit Supply Chain team
Prior SAP-APO deployment, Design, Solutioning, and/or End User experience
Prior experience working with vendors to manage large scale change
Experience working with shared services
Strong understanding and experience with S&OP Process
Technical Skills
Experience working with SCP dataEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
