Job Details:

Ensures that the program provides quality clinical services according to established policies and procedures through the supervision of program units. Oversees ACT direct service staff (including nurses, care managers, substance abuse specialists and vocational specialists) and Augusta HIM staff. Participates in the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Management Team.
Qualifications/Competencies:

Maine State Board of Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) required.

LADC and/or CCS preferred; must attain CCS within six months of employment if not already a CCS at time of hire.

Master's Degree required.

5 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting required.

5 years previous clinical supervisory experience preferred.
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications.
Requires frequent contact with clients, team members and referral sources.

Evening work occasionally required

Will be required to provide beeper coverage.

Some travel required.
Master's Degree required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
