D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Governance and Resource Manager for our Short Hills, NJ location.
As a Governance and Resource Manager on the Global Product team, your primary focus will be on
Responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of key product lifecycle processes including; Innovation and New Product Acceleration Process and the global Business Analysis Center of Excellence (BA COE).
Drive the adoption of new processes through effective training and the successful implementation of key tools.
Design and implement a resource management tool and process to provide capacity metrics of resources and project phases as well as a forecast of project requirements and BA resourcing needs.
Design and deliver training and develop a continuous education plan for BAs.
Monitor day to day project activities and identify opportunities to better optimize resources.
Lead strategic projects across the Global Product organization as needed.
Position Requirements
MS/MBA degree in business, engineering, technology or related field is preferred.
8
years of prior business experience, inclusive of Business Analysis experience as well as prior people leadership.
Proven success in successfully implementing new processes and driving process discipline within a complex business and systems organization.
Demonstrate a high level understanding of contemporary business requirements practices, elicitation skillsindustry standards and management tools(e.g., BABOK 2.0). and SDLC methodologies
Ability to interact and influence with all levels of the organization.
Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form.
Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups.
Strong negotiation skills enabling the capability to assign resources appropriately and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
