Contract Recruiter - Conroe, TX - Contract
Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our top Conroe, TX clients.
The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for staffing a large Sales Team for approximately 4 months. The goal is to hire approx 30 new Sales Reps in that time. The assignment will last through the end of April. The Recruiter will also assist with other Recruiting needs as directed.
Duties:
Recruit possible candidates
Conduct phone screen and in person interviews
Schedule 2nd interviews with Sales Director
Extend offers and set up trainings
Requirements:
4
years of Recruiting experience
High School diploma
Experience recruiting for a Call center would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
