Summary: Responsible for analyzing user needs, and then designs, tests, and develops software to meet those needs.
Required Expereience
Education/
Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
5-7 years experience required. Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, development, testing and delivery.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues. Knowledge of computer hardware and software. Knowledge of computer development software across multiple platforms.
Major Job Duties and
Responsibilities: Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes. Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions. Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations. Review project requests describing database user needs estimate time and cost required to accomplish project. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
