The breakfast ambassador is in most cases the first person a guest will see each morning prior to the front desk and or other departments. It is the breakfast ambassador's job to make guests feel at home and create a warm and welcoming environment. In particular they should: Be familiar with the food offerings, Interact with guests making them feel welcome and appreciated, Set up the buffet according to standards, Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet, Clear and clean tables when necessary, Empty trash containers when necessary, Maintain adequate supplies of food on the buffet, Prepare food according to standards, Plan and prepare food product for the following day according to occupancy forecast, also breakdown, cleanup, and do inventory of supplies used and needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
