Job Posting Sentara Healthcare is currently recruiting for an Administrative Associate Central (Emergency Department) position . This position is Part Time, Evenings (3:00pm to 11:30pm) and is located at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Williamsburg.
Job Description Responsible for scheduling, pre-registration/registration, insurance verification, point of arrival reception, chart preparation and revenue cycle processes for all patients. Functions in a multi-disciplinary environment, which requires the application of excellent customer service skills.
Required Education High School Grad or Equivalent

Preferred: Medical Office - 1 year

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
