About the Job
The Business Analyst will monitor key metrics used to determine trends that will impact customers, act as an escalation point for customer issues and concerns, and work with product/development in evaluating defect priorities that impact customers. The Business Analyst collect data on each issue facing customers and work to provide financial valued/impact on issue raised by customer.
Key Results for the Business Analyst Include:
Report, analyze, and distribute key support reports on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Drive customer satisfaction evaluating transactional surveys identifying trends and developing strategies to overcome future trends.
Build and manage formal and dynamic customer NPS process and reporting for all products.
Deliver analysis with recommendations based on customer feedback and Support metrics to leadership
Maintain team member certification levels to ensure product coverage.
Review customer training material-ensure content is current and standardized across the organization including training videos and user guides
Liaison between clients and support to provide strong representation and set proper client expectations. Develop communication process to ensure client interests are represented.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in communications, business, technology or engineering preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
