Officeteam is currently searching to fill an Inbound Logistics Master Scheduler for a client in the Aurora area. This is a temporary to full time position for the right match. We are looking for a Inbound Logistice Master Scheduler to report to the Logistics Manager and be responsible for managing DC inbound throughput and DC Service. You will be the point of contact for the Warehouse Receiving department in regards to inbound load and scheduling, receiving capacity adjustment, load prioritization and claims communications. We are looking for a Logistics Scheduler who has strong communication both written and verbal, and has solid math, spelling and grammar skills. Position will also require an ability to work in a fast paced environment, work with in and meet tight deadlines, and ability to prioritize and shift your day on a moments notice. This position will require a strong skill set with Microsoft Excel, and be able to create graph and charts for presentation to senior management related to carriers billing through PowerPoint. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
