POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand organic search performance across multiple global markets. Identify growth opportunities in core areas, such as site infrastructure, keyword selection, or on-page factors optimization. Write specification documents and design experiments to test new strategies and opportunities for growth. Analyze experiment results and push forward next steps. Perform granular traffic and conversion analyses across multiple global markets to gain insight into keyword and landing page performance. Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmarking TripAdvisors performance against competitors. Optimize internal linking structures to maximize rankings across keyword portfolio. Assess and understand each markets needs related to Search, and communicate them to various internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a SEO manager/consultant-related occupation. Experience must include:
1) Microsoft Excel and Access; 2) XML sitemaps, Schema markups; 3) Mobile & table SEO; 4) Developing search engine marketing strategies; 5) Identifying and resolving coding and usability issues across different platforms; 6) Web positioning, Linking strategies; 7) Social media & user generated content SEO; 8) SEO training & content strategy; 9) Creative SEO ideation, Innovation; 10) Quantitative / Analytical (Google Analytics); 11) Enterprise SEO software; 12) Site Moves/Merges (301s etc.); 13) SEO analysis reporting; 14) Canonicalization & duplicate content issues; 15) On-page & off-page SEO optimization; and 16) Competitive analysis & keyword research.
