Job Duties Responsibilities GEICO is seeking a Property Leasing Administrator with three to five years past experience to, under general supervision, perform property administration tasks, site selection, due diligence, design and construction, and management of leased properties.
Initial responsibilities will include administering lease terms and payments and lease transaction management, including preparing requests for proposals, coordinating with design and construction, recommending sites, financial analysis and comparisons, lease negotiations, and reporting. Candidate Qualifications - Three to five years past experience in lease administration and transaction management;
- Bachelors' degree in real estate, business management or business related curriculum preferred;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organization and time management skills; and
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
