Loss Prevention/Fitting Room Associate

The Loss Prevention/Fitting Room Associate for our new Last Call Studio Store at Bergen Town Center will be responsible for protecting company assets from internal and external sources of theft. This position will also be responsible for assisting and overseeing clients in the fitting room. Other responsibilities will be providing excellent customer service, assist store with inventory and shortage reduction, profit protection and risk management programs. Greets customers as they enter the store, thanks them when they are leaving. Assists customers if they need help carrying merch to car, handles FTR-s in a friendly and professional manner, handles incoming customer calls as necessary. Checks clients in and out of fitting rooms, providing excellent customer service. Investigates dishonest employees, employee policy violations, credit fraud and shoplift apprehensions. Facilitates LP awareness training and awareness for the store team. Audit compliance, enforcement of merchandise protection standards and of all company policies. Conflict Management Assist with store maintenance, merchandise go-backs and all store system functions. Written and verbal communication Performs additional tasks as requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
