The Executive Director is expected for the effective execution of all grant activities associated with the agency. It is the duty of the position holder to monitor company's financial performance against its annual budget, notify the Board of changes in company's financial position and recommend strategies to maintain company's financial stability. This individual will oversee compilation and maintain necessary documentation for the annual audit and ensure appropriate and timely completion of the audit process. Further, the Executive Director will lead purchasing process for technology and equipment purchases in conformance with generally accepted accounting and auditing standards.
