In this position, the person will administer all branch employees and supervises day-to-day operations of the branch in a professional and efficient manner. The Brach Manager is expected for ensuring safety, operational soundness and excellent service levels are provided within the branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales culture in the branch and the development of new and existing customers. It is the role of the Brach Manager to help in coordination of sales and service activities; provides training, guidance and support to Customer Service staff; holds weekly staff sales meetings; reviews sales efforts and deposit growth with staff. Further, this individual will supervise all facets of branch including to the safety and soundness of the branch and of the daily operations of the branch; assists staff in resolving out-of-balance reconciliations; expected for surprise audits, as required, for tellers, vault and ATM.
Requirements
3 years of experience in consumer banking
Education
High school diploma/GED
