Training-related administration / coordination skills. Training-related experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.1+. Organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-profile environment
Job Responsibilities

Support the training team's content development effort, as needed (e.g., update presentation decks, job aids, and desk references based on feedback or changes)
Coordinate the training calendar and logistics for training delivery such as scheduling workshops and instructor-led sessions, supporting material preparation, managing the participant list, and monitoring the training team mailbox
Liaise with the appropriate system administrator(s) to test and post web-based training materials and courses
Monitor and track course completion across multiple training offerings; monitor and track course evaluations, where appropriate
Assist Training Manager with training database set up and maintenance

Required Experience & Skills:
3
years of experience working with a training team; preferably in higher education or other multi-location public sector environments
Experience in large project environment preferred (e.g., system implementation)
Training-related experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.1+
General functional understanding of human resources, payroll, benefits, and operational business processes in higher education /research institutions
Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
