Planning, scheduling and coordinating of logistics and transportation for the required commodities;
Reviewing and analyzing procurement and AP/AR reports for accuracy;
Assisting in the preparation of documents and contracts;
Providing support for procurement strategic planning initiatives;
Researching, collecting and analyzing data for appropriate sourcing and transportation decisions;
Completing special projects and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2
years of purchasing and logistics experience;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Advanced abilities in MS Excel, and proficient in MS Office;
Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to interact will all departments and levels of the corporation;
Must be detail oriented.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
