Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Definition of project scope and objectives
Functional and technical requirements definition
System testing/quality assurance
Training
Implementation
Post-implementation support
Provide appropriate and timely issue escalation reporting with recommended resolutions to both IS management and project leadership (when applicable)
Provide on-going project status reports to IS management, project leadership, and user community
Provide quality customer service and serve as an exemplary representative of Information Systems; on-going communication, feedback, and follow-through with customers and peers are essential
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required
1-3 years clinical application and/or or health (allied, direct care) professional experience
1-3 years project experience using established methodologies and tools preferred
1-3 years experience in information systems in a healthcare organization preferred
